Justina A. Struck

Tina Struck counsels entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, and investors on start-up matters, private investment transactions, and related general corporate matters. 

In her practice, Tina guides clients through venture capital, buyout, and minority equity investment transactions. She has represented emerging growth companies from formation and initial funding through multiple rounds of financing, as well as investors making early-stage and growth equity investments.

Tina also serves as outside general counsel, assisting clients in connection with entity selection and formation, restructurings, buy/sell agreements, and other corporate governance matters.
