Comi Sharif advises companies and business owners on a range of M&A transactions and corporate governance matters.  Comi focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border, middle-market M&A transactions for corporate and private equity clients.  He also diligently counsels clients on day-to-day legal and business matters, including entity formation, ownership structuring and serving as an outside general counsel.

Prior to joining Koley Jessen, Comi was employed by a number of sports organizations, including the San Francisco 49ers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Minnesota Timberwolves, as well as the University of Nebraska and University of Minnesota athletic departments.

Comi also serves as a member on the Firm’s Recruiting Committee and as Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
