Koley Jessen represented Perfection Pet Foods, LLC, a leading manufacturer and packager of private label and co-manufactured pet foods and baked treat products, in its agreement to sell assets to Post Holdings, Inc., a renowned consumer packaged goods holding company.

The $235 million transaction includes two manufacturing facilities located in Visalia, California. The transaction is expected to close late in the fourth calendar quarter of 2023.
