Koley Jessen is proud to announce its representation of Viessmann Generations Group (Viessmann), a family-owned company based in Germany, in its acquisition of KPS Global LLC, a leading manufacturer of insulated panel systems and provider of end-to-end custom enclosure solutions for controlled environments.

KPS Global’s focus on transforming clean and cold solutions to increase energy efficiency and reduce food waste aligns with Viessmann’s vision of reducing CO2 emissions and improving peoples' quality of life. This acquisition supports Viessmann’s purpose of “co-creating living spaces for generations to come” and represents a strategic expansion of the Group’s Clean & Cold platform in North America.

This follows Viessmann’s 2023 entry into the North American market through the acquisition of BMIL Technologies, for which Koley Jessen also served as counsel.
