Jim Glover focuses his practice on corporate transactions, primarily assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate restructurings.

Jim counsels strategic acquirers, private equity sponsors, and closely-held businesses on a variety of corporate transactions, with a focus on middle-market mergers and acquisitions. He has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including the trucking, precision instrument, technology, marketing, and legal service industries. Additionally, Jim advises clients on matters that arise throughout the business life cycle, including entity selection and formation, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.

Jim also serves as a member on the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
