Nathan Erickson is a member of the firm’s litigation practice group. He represents clients in commercial disputes, construction litigation, and general civil litigation matters. 

Before joining the firm, Nathan clerked for Justice John R. Freudenberg of the Nebraska Supreme Court. While clerking, Nathan analyzed complex legal disputes and gained valuable insight into the judicial decision-making process. This experience allows Nathan to develop effective legal strategies in helping clients achieve their goals in litigation.
