Minja Herian’s primary focus is helping clients navigate all aspects of trusts and estates disputes. Whether a will contest, a trust contest, a contested beneficiary designation form, claims of undue influence or lack of capacity, or similar allegations, she has extensive experience guiding clients through these sensitive matters. She has taken multiple trusts and estates disputes to trial and has obtained favorable jury verdicts in each one. She also has experience with contested guardianship and conservatorship matters, including petitions to appoint guardians or conservators, removal actions, and surcharge actions.

Minja also represents clients in construction, real estate, and commercial litigation and arbitration matters.  She is no stranger to the courtroom, where she has secured numerous favorable trial verdicts for her clients.

Minja works closely with clients to develop litigation strategies to achieve clients’ objectives and manage their business and litigation interests. She assists clients through all stages of litigation, including commencing the litigation and providing a defense, conducting discovery, participating in trial and arbitrations, and, if needed, engaging in the appellate process.
