Overview

Mary Mikuls is a member of the firm’s full-service litigation department, concentrating her practice in family law, contract disputes, commercial litigation, and various other tort-related actions. She has a passion for guiding clients through every stage of litigation and experience navigating a wide variety of civil disputes. With a focus on clear communication and personalized legal strategies, Mary strives to achieve the best possible outcomes for each client.

Prior to joining Koley Jessen, Mary served as a judicial clerk to the judges of the Fourth Judicial District Court of Nebraska before going into private practice and handling a variety of civil litigation matters.
