Dan Weidner handles complex commercial litigation on a national scale for clients with disputes in state and federal court as well as private arbitration.

His practice focuses primarily on construction disputes, contract disputes, business torts, and intellectual property litigation. As the leader of Koley Jessen's Construction practice group, Dan handles all matters facing the construction industry from delay claims to construction defect claims.

The opportunity to represent numerous clients on a national scale in a multitude of judicial districts and states has provided Dan with the opportunity to learn the nuances of litigating matters in a variety of jurisdictions.

Dan practices with an eye towards obtaining the best business result for his clients. In this regard, Dan evaluates disputes early in the process and advises clients on his assessment of the case and possible business risks involved with the dispute. After the initial assessment, Dan works with his clients to determine their objectives and to design a litigation strategy that will allow his clients to achieve their objectives. Dan’s proactive approach to the practice of law allows him to deliver the results his clients want while maintaining focus on the economic realities of litigation.
