Gabe Belcastro helps both businesses and individuals navigate all types of civil disputes and has made advocacy the cornerstone of his practice.

Gabe has helped clients navigate a wide variety of civil disputes and has experience with litigation involving wills, trusts, and estates; construction, roofing, and real estate; defamation law; contracts; shareholder disputes; automobile accidents; catastrophic injury; and cases involving wrongful death.

Gabe strives to offer pragmatic, down-to-earth advice from the earliest stages of a budding conflict through the entire appellate process and has successfully represented clients before both the Nebraska Supreme Court and the Nebraska Court of Appeals. Some representative cases include:

• Successfully defending an appeal on behalf of a condominium association arising under the Fair Housing Act in the Nebraska Supreme Court.
• Successfully defending an appeal concerning the liability of a corporation’s officers and directors in the Nebraska Supreme Court.
• Successfully defending an appeal concerning personal representative fees in an estate case in the Nebraska Supreme Court.
• Successfully prosecuting an appeal concerning a disputed interpretation of a testator’s last will and testament in the Nebraska Court of Appeals.

In his spare time, Gabe enjoys reading; studying history, theology, and paleontology; writing poetry and fiction; lifting weights; and spending time with his wife, their daughter, and (reasonably) well-mannered cat.
