Overview

Andy Tugan is a pragmatic litigator who focuses on delivering solutions to complex problems.  Whether he is representing a client in court or arbitration, advising a client at the outset of a dispute, or developing a discovery strategy, Andy’s work is always tailored to achieving the client’s goals. He has substantial experience representing clients in commercial litigation and representing manufacturers and distributors in product liability actions.  His experience also includes representing property owners, developers, and regional utilities in a wide range of energy and environmental matters.

Before entering the practice of law, Andy served in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer.
