Alex Clauson understands that success is a journey, not a destination. Alex is committed to guiding companies, from start-ups to multinational corporations, entrepreneurs, and investors through a broad range of business transactions. He works with clients on business structuring, entity formation, strategic planning, capital raises, data privacy and security compliance, and corporate governance. Alex brings a dynamic, problem-solving attitude to help his clients reach their ultimate destination.

While advising clients throughout all stages of the business life cycle, Alex also focuses on complex contract drafting, working closely with businesses to translate complicated objectives into commercial agreements that position his clients for success. He leverages his skills across a variety of commercial contracts, including services agreements, software-as-a-service agreements, independent contractor agreements, license agreements, and distribution agreements.

Alex also acts as outside general counsel for emerging growth companies from their initial start-up phase through financing, strategic growth, and exit opportunities.
