Overview

Adam Odle leverages his extensive experience in a variety of commercial and technology transactions to provide an over-the-top experience for each client. He honed his skills while serving as in-house counsel for a premiere global data advice and analytics firm. He understands that expert legal advice in the contracting process is essential in order for businesses to manage their risk, leverage their strengths, and ultimately, achieve their long-term dreams. 

Adam has reviewed, drafted, negotiated, and helped close hundreds of deals throughout his career. He knows what it takes to find practical solutions to complex business transactions while vigorously advocating for his clients’ interests. He helps clients navigate a wide variety of commercial transactions, including software-as-a-service, data collection and subscriptions, IP licensing, sub-contracting, publishing, consulting, data privacy and security, and state and local government procurement.

Adam is client driven at heart. He listens to understand the needs of each client so he can provide maximum impact and value. His expert legal advice is always in service to what will create the highest and best outcome for each client.
