Overview
Kurt Tjaden counsels clients on their personal estate planning objectives and business succession planning objectives.
Kurt has advised and represented individuals and businesses in tax controversies before the IRS. He advises clients on tax strategy for business and personal use. Additionally, he advises clients on general corporate matters. He has also served as an Estate and Business Planning Seminars instructor at the University of Nebraska College of Law.
Kurt has been recognized for Private Wealth Law by Chambers High Net Worth Guide, 2017-2023. The publication noted client feedback, including:
