Koley Jessen represented McCarthy Capital in a recapitalization and partnership with omnichannel cloud communications and collaboration solutions provider, NUSO.
The Omaha-based private equity firm specializes in partnering with management teams to help them retain operational control and significant ownership while driving business growth. Under the agreement, McCarthy Capital will leverage its resources to propel NUSO's continued success in the cloud communications sector.
