2017 VETS-4212 Reporting

Read Time: Less than 1 minute

The VETS-4212 filing season is open from August 1, 2017 through September 30, 2017.

The Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 ("VEVRAA") requires federal contractors and subcontractors with a contract or subcontract in the amount of $150,000 or more with any department or agency of the United States for the procurement of personal property or non-personal services to annually report on their affirmative action efforts in employing veterans. Note: this reporting information is different than your EEO-1 pay data reporting. If you are a covered contractor, you will need to make both filings each year.
