Koley Jessen Hires Three New Associates

Koley Jessen is proud to announce the recent growth of its Mergers & Acquisitions, Litigation, Health Law, and Corporate practices with the addition of Taylor Cammack, Cassie Langstaff, and Paige Gade as Associates

Taylor Cammack joins the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions team, where his practice will focus on mergers, acquisitions, middle market corporate and private equity transactions, business structuring, strategic planning, and entity formation and selection. Taylor received his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the University of Kansas and his J.D. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (Highest Distinction).

Cassie Langstaff is a member of Koley Jessen’s Litigation team. She will assist with commercial litigation, contract disputes, business torts and intellectual property disputes. She comes to the firm after earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (summa cum laude) and a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law (magna cum laude).

Paige Gade will work in the Health Law and Corporate practices. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and her J.D. from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln (Distinction). Leveraging her background in corporate finance, Paige’s practice will focus on assisting healthcare industry clients with transactional and regulatory matters in addition to advising corporate clients on general business matters.
