Koley Jessen advised Sweet Harvest Foods Holdings (SHFH), the leader in the U.S. natural sweetener industry, in its acquisition of Sweet River Honey, a top beekeeping business based in Texas.

The addition of Sweet River Honey's hives and beekeeping expertise to the SHFH portfolio will expand SHFH’s operations and bring the company one step closer to realizing its mission of being the most trustworthy natural sweetener company in the world.
