Koley Jessen represented McCarthy Capital in the successful completion of its investment in Navigate Wellbeing Solutions, an employee engagement technology company helping organizations create more health and happiness in their employees, clients, and communities they serve.

This investment by McCarthy Capital, a private-equity firm focused exclusively on lower middle-market companies, will equip Navigate with the resources and expertise to grow beyond its nearly two million subscribed users, develop new technology products, expand its current team, and execute on strategic acquisitions.
