Koley Jessen Promotes Brugman to Shareholder
Koley Jessen promoted Helmut Brugman to shareholder status effective January 1, 2016.
Helmut advises clients on their business transaction needs – from formation, to buying and selling goods and services, to strategic planning decisions. He provides advice regarding formation and organization matters, such as choice of entity decisions, corporate governance matters and buy-sell agreements. Helmut also assists clients with their commercial transactions by providing specialized advice concerning relationships and agreements with customers, suppliers, distributors and other partners. He advises clients regarding strategic planning decisions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations and reorganizations. Prior to joining Koley Jessen, Helmut worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
