Koley Jessen Deal Wins 2021 M&A Atlas Award

Koley Jessen is pleased to announce that a transaction handled by the firm received an award at the 2021 USA M&A Atlas Awards, sponsored by the Global M&A Network.

The transaction was awarded the Recapitalization Deal of the Year ($50-$100 million) for serving as legal counsel to DBI, Inc. (“DBI”) on its recapitalization by Spire Capital. Koley Jessen’s representation of DBI was led by Shareholders Mike Hupp and Brian Harr and Associate Francisco Gomez-Mancillas.

Winners will officially be announced and honored during an awards ceremony being held virtually on May 25–26, 2021.
