Unirac Inc.
Koley Jessen represented Tenex in the partial recapitalization of Unirac Inc. through a growth capital investment from Greenbelt Capital Partners. Unirac is North America's leading manufacturer of solar mounting PV systems, roof attachments, roof flashings, and accessories.
