Former In-House Counsel Adam Odle Joins Koley Jessen’s Commercial and Technology Contracts Practice

Koley Jessen is delighted to welcome the addition of Adam Odle as Counsel to its Commercial and Technology Contracts (CAT) practice. With over seven years of experience as in-house counsel for a premier global data advice and analytics firm, Odle brings a unique combination of legal and practical business acumen to the team.

Throughout his career, Odle has been instrumental in navigating a variety of commercial and technology agreements, demonstrating proficiency in reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and facilitating the closure of hundreds of deals across diverse industries. His expertise spans areas such as software-as-a-service, data collection and subscriptions, IP licensing, sub-contracting, publishing, consulting, data privacy and security, as well as state and local government procurement.

Odle is a graduate of the University of Nebraska—Lincoln, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and his J.D., both with high distinction.
