Koley Jessen law firm has named Alexander J. Wolf, Taylor C. Dieckman and Leilani M. Harbeck shareholders of the firm as of January 1, 2013.

Wolf practices with Koley Jessen’s Estate and Business Succession Planning group.  He earned his bachelor’s degree with highest distinction from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, and his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School.          

Dieckman is a member of the firm’s M&A/Securities and Business/General Counsel practice groups.  He earned his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Creighton University and his law degree, cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law.

Harbeck practices with Koley Jessen’s Employment, Labor and Benefits practice group and the firm’s Litigation practice group.  She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with honors and high distinction.  She earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law.
