Koley Jessen Expands Banking and Finance Practice
The Banking and Finance Practice at Koley Jessen has grown with the addition of Benjamin J. Herbers.
Ben works with financial institutions, owners, and investors on complex financing transactions including, construction financing, commercial real estate loans, revolving credit facilities, term loan facilities, and tax exempt financings.

Ben received his B.A., MBA, and J.D. (with Distinction) from the University of Nebraska. He clerked for Chief Justice Heavican on the Nebraska Supreme Court.
