As the pool of available workers remains tight, employers continue to explore options to sponsor foreign national workers on nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. Even for those employers who do not wish to sponsor workers, there continue to be immigration-related compliance items that need to be observed. This presentation will address the intersection between employment law and immigration law from an employer’s perspective.
