Businesses in all industries and of all sizes continue to struggle to find workers. In light of these challenges, many employers are exploring options to employ foreign national workers. This presentation highlighted some of the employment-based sponsorship programs that are growing in popularity as well as provided information regarding current humanitarian programs in response to conflicts and adverse conditions around the globe that can vest foreign nationals with work authorization in the United States.
